CLEANING CHECK OFF LIST

LIVING ROOM

  • Dust all furniture & what-knots
  • Clean all glass surfaces
  • Wipe down window sills & dust window blinds
  • Vacuum floor, sofa & chairs
  • Check for discarded items and dirt behind sofa & chairs
  • Check all lights (replace any bulbs not working);  check remote make sure it is working (replace batteries if needed)
  • Clean sliding door

 

DINING ROOM

  • Vacuum and mop floor as room dictates
  • Clean table & chairs
  • Clean all glass surfaces (window sills, windows/sliding door)
  • Check all lights (replace any bulbs not working)

 

KITCHEN

  • Clean stove, refrigerator, & all counter  tops
  • Inventory dishes, pots & pans, & silverware (replace any missing items)
  • Clean any dirty dishes
  • Wipe cabinets & stove hood down
  • Check under kitchen sink & clean if needed
  • Check garbage disposal, make sure it is working properly
  • Check all lights (replace bulbs if needed)

 

BEDROOMS

  • Make all beds according to that properties’ specifications
  • Dust all furniture & what-knots
  • Clean all glass surfaces
  • Check & clean under “all” beds & behind “all” furniture
  • Vacuum thoroughly & according to that properties’ specifications
  • Check all lights (replace bulbs if needed)
  • Check all drawers for forgotten items & wipe out as needed

 

BATHROOMS

  • Clean sink, tub & mirrors
  • Clean floor according to that properties’ specification
  • Clean toilet thoroughly
  • Check under sink area & clean if needed
  • Place soap, toilet paper etc. According to that properties’ specifications

 

LAUNDRY ROOM

  • Check washer & dryer for forgotten items & clean washer & Dryer as needed
  • Clean floor according to that properties’ specifications
  • “Always” check lint tray on dryer clean out if needed.

 

BALCONY/SCREENED PORCH

  • Sweep/vacuum according to that properties specification
  • Wipe down “all” furniture,   if unit  is smoking unit make sure there are no cigarette butts lying around  anywhere

 

Misc. Cleaning information

  • Make sure all trash is taken out & trash bags are placed in all trash cans
  • Make sure that each item on this list is checked off & done!
